Planning your wedding flowers with us is super simple:

Choose your color palette

Tell us the colors or theme you have in mind, or send us your inspiration pictures. Not sure? Just give us a general idea and we’ll handle the rest with seasonal blooms that match your vibe.

 

Place your order

Give us a call or send us an email to let us know what you need and when. Provide your wedding date, select the items and quantity you need, and any color palette notes. We will confirm with you that your date is available, and send you an itemized invoice. You can pay securely by credit card to confirm your order. (We require full payment at the time of ordering to reserve your date.) It’s that easy!

 

Relax until your big day

Once your order is in, you can kick back and focus on other things. No formal consultation needed! We’ll reach out as your wedding approaches to double-check details and delivery info. On the day of the event, we’ll hand-craft all your arrangements and deliver them to you – usually a few hours before your ceremony – so everything arrives fresh and picture-perfect.

Bridal Bouquet

Bridesmaid Bouquet

Who are these packages best for?
 Our wedding flower packages are perfect for couples who want beautiful flowers without a ton of hassle. If you’re not looking to micromanage every floral detail and you’re happy to leave the design to us, this is made for you!
 
You get stunning, professionally-designed arrangements in our signature style. (If you have a super specific vision or need very elaborate installations, you might consider a full-service custom wedding consultation instead – see below).


When should I place my order?
We require at least 30 days notice before your wedding date for package orders. However, we highly recommend booking 2-3 months in advance if possible, especially for popular spring and summer weekends.

This lead time ensures we reserve your date on our calendar and order the freshest flowers for you. Last-minute order? Contact us anyway – we’ll do our best to accommodate if our schedule allows.

 


How do I order and pay? 

It’s easy – simply give us a call or send us an email to let us know what you need. We will confirm whether your date is available and send you an invoice. After that, we’ll follow up closer to your wedding day to confirm all the final details (delivery time, location, any updates, etc.).



Do I need to come in for a consultation or meeting?

No formal consultation is needed!

The beauty of these packages is that you don’t have to spend hours in meetings – we’ve already done the design work for you. You’ll give us your preferences (items needed and color palette), and we handle the rest.

We’re always available by phone or email for any questions or small tweaks, but there’s no lengthy design consultation required. This saves you time (and money). 

How does delivery work? Do you offer pickup?

We take care of delivery so you don’t have to worry. On your wedding day (or occasionally the evening before, depending on what we arrange), our team will deliver your flowers to your specified location. Typically, we aim to drop them off a couple of hours before your ceremony start time, ensuring the flowers are fresh and gorgeous.

We deliver throughout Cincinnati and many surrounding areas. If your venue is outside our usual delivery zone, let’s chat – we can often coordinate with you to get the flowers to you. We do not offer customer pickup for wedding orders, because transporting bouquets and arrangements safely can be tricky. We want your flowers to arrive in perfect condition.

So sit back and relax – we’ll bring the flowers to you, handle all the heavy lifting (literally), and make sure everything is beautiful upon arrival!

 

What if I want something that’s not on the menu (or have a specific flower request)?

We’ve intentionally kept our menu limited to the most popular, high-impact items that give you the best bang for your buck. If an item isn’t listed (like flower arches, floral chandeliers, etc.), it’s likely considered part of a more custom full-service wedding (not the grab-and-go style packages). By focusing on this curated list, we can maintain quality, keep costs reasonable, and streamline the process for you.

As for specific flower types: when you choose a color palette, we’ll use the best seasonal blooms in that color range. That means we don’t guarantee specific flower varieties (for example, we can’t promise peonies in October), but we do promise your bouquets and arrangements will fit your look and be absolutely gorgeous.

If there is a particular flower that you have your heart set on, let’s talk about it!  If you have inspiration photos, you’re welcome to share them – we’ll use them as a general guide to understand your style. Rather than copying an exact photo, our designers will create something unique just for you, reflecting the feel of what you like. Trust us to work our floral magic.

 


What is your refund or cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible. For cancellations made more than 30 days before your scheduled delivery, we can offer a 75% refund of your payment (we retain 25% as a processing fee and for any prep work already done).

Unfortunately, if you cancel within 30 days of the event, we may not be able to provide a refund, since we will have ordered flowers and allocated resources for your wedding. We’re a small business and fresh flowers are time-sensitive purchases, so we appreciate your understanding. If an emergency occurs, please reach out – we truly want to be as fair and helpful as we can in unpredictable situations
